Informative course on gluten-free food

L’Associazione Italiana Celiachia (The Italian Association of coeliac disease) is the major Italian information center on coeliac disease. Through the 19 associated Italian regions it developes and coordinates various projects mainly focused on the diffusion of comprehensive information about coeliac problems in many different contexts, as, for example, the sanitary world, institutions, and the restaurant industry.

This year AIC Lombardia Onlus will once again offer the opportunity to deepen your knowledge about how to provide customers a gluten-free service. Experts on coeliac disease will give an informative course, taking place in the events area on Monday, November 15, to teach to owners and professionals of bars, b&b and ice cream parlors how to widen their offer with a service dedicated to people with coeliac disease. It is among the world’s most widespread food intolerances, hence difficult to ignore .

To take part in the competition you have to belong to the above mentioned categories and apply before October 29.
The application forms must be sent to the secretary office of AIC Lombardia:
