Why Vegetalia AgroEnergie?

Italy has a great economic potential in alternative sources of energy, especially because it is still far from the European 20/20/20 target.
This means that Vegetalia AgroEnergie represents a big business opportunity for the companies that want to enter the Italian renewable energy market.
Also considering that Cremona is situated in the centre of the Po Valley, the most important and advanced agricultural area in Italy, it’s clear that Vegetalia AgroEnergie is the best way to develop qualified commercial contacts with thousands of farms and families interested in renewable energy production.

Your business opportunities at Vegetalia AgroEnergie

Vegetalia Biogas

Italy produces the 6,9% (0,41 MTep) of European energy from biomass, but while Europe has increased its production by 58% in the last year, Italy registered an increasing by only 6%.
Italy must boosts its production, and this represents a big opportunity for biomass systems makers.

Vegetalia Wood Energy

In cooperation with:

In Italy, wood energy represents over 1/5 of renewable energy production. As a matter of fact, the 68% of wood cut in Italy is used in that way, producing over 10,000 GWh.
Agriculture is leading this sector: more and more farms are entering the business and come to Vegetalia AgroEnergie to discover the ultimate technologies.

Vegetalia Solar, photovoltaic and geothermal power

In cooperation with:

     logocenacolo

The energy production from solar power is increasing very fast in Italy: there are now over 350,000sqm of installed panels and an 80% growth in the next 5 years is expected.
On the other hand, photovoltaic power is the less used energy system in Italy, but there is a great potential: over 9,500 MW to be installed to reach the 20/20/20 target.
For what is concerning geothermal power, the researchers showed that 5 km under the earth surface there is a quantity of energy that could satisfy the whole world needs over 500,000 times; at the moment, only a small part of it can be exploited, and Italy produces over 5,500 GWh.

Vegetalia Wind Energy

The Italian potential in this sector is 12,000 MW (10,000 on the land and 2,000 in the sea), but today only 2,700 MW are installed. This means that also the wind power could be a big business opportunity in Italy, and Vegetalia AgroEnergie is the right place to keep the more qualified contacts.

Vegetalia Hydro Energy

Water is the most exploited renewable energy source in the world; in Italy the production is about 38,000 GWh, but in the last years it experienced a decrease (-11%). A recovery of the sector is necessary to reach the European target.

Sustainable Housing

In Europe, the 50% of natural resources is used to produce building material. Considering this, it is clear that the bio-housing is one of the most important ways to the 20/20/20 benchmarks.
