Mondomusica is already one of the most internationalized trade shows in Italy (the last edition hosted 51% of foreign exhibitors), but there are still many possibilities to grow much more.

That is why the international promotion activity of Mondomusica is always on the run. After Paris (we presented the next edition to the French instrument makers on February 16th), we will present Mondomusica 2012 in Budapest to the Hungarian professionals on February 27th. Hungary is a very active market in this sector, so we belive that this foreign mission is very important to make our exhibition continuously grow.

As a matter of fact, East Europe is becoming prominent in Mondomusica: in 2011, 7% of the foreign visitors came from Estonia, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania and Hungary.

We registered the same trend also on the exhibitors side: 8% of the exhibitors coming from abroad were from these countries.

We could reach this result also thank to these foreign missions, beacuse it is very important to get in touch directly with the major professionals of each country, and to strike up important collaborations worldwide.

On February 27th Mondomusica will be the special guest of the national congress of the Hungarian Instrument Makers Association, which gathers more than 70 professionals in Hungary. Most of them are violin makers, so it will be a real focused public to present the next edition of Mondomusica.

The meeting will take place in Rákóczi Grilláz, (Rákóczi út 57/A), in Budapest, starting from 5:00 pm.
